We don’t accept refunds

If we have a serious concern or issues please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction.

Medicine, devices and lab investigations charges would charges as actuals.
Courier charges may vary depending on the distance/place.

After confirmation of payments, services will be provide within 1-7 days depending on the nature of the service.

Follow-up appointments also need to be scheduled from the patient’s side. Our executives will help you with reminder messages and calls on most occasions whenever possible.

In any case, the Madhumeha Clinics’ plans or services are non-refundable. Once the payment is made and the services have been provided by the professional, the user cannot demand a refund.
All terms and conditions should be followed as stated and are the agreement between the user and Dr Kajbaje’s Madhumeha – Diabetes Speciality Clinics. There are no exemptions in any case whatsoever. Your support towards following the performance of the policy would be highly appreciated.
